Does your staff have proper training in restoration?
At Spotless, all of our personnel are water restoration technicians with a minimum of IICRC WRT Certification. This certification includes the highest-quality of restoration and cleaning techniques. In addition, our office has two Master Water Restorer on staff at all times. We are one of only 79 companies worldwide that have two Master Restorers on staff.
Does your business hold proper licenses?
In order to provide clients proper restoration services, the business must maintain proper licensure. Restoration companies must uphold C-14 Pest Control certification, which Spotless has.
What if my insurance recommends someone else?
One thing we pride ourselves on is customer education. Oftentimes, insurance companies have designated restoration companies that want you to work with, because it benefits them, not you. As a homeowner, you have the ability to choose the company you prefer. At Spotless, we want our customers to know we will work with your insurance company and assist you in the claims process.
